KFSU held a press conference to expose E-mart’s hypocrisy, which failed to workers hunt by the verbal abuse of

customer.

There was the case that E-Mart workers are exposed to verbal abuse from customers.

E-mart has E-care program to protect workers from customer’s abusive language and violence, but the program is

not working at all.

In the light of these facts, E-mart is showing poor recognition of workers’ right.
