What is ‘The Government’s labor market reforms’?

The administrative guidelines allow employers to unilaterally change the rules of employment without agreement workers’ representatives.

And, the guidelines allow employers to freely dismiss workers under the name of performance evaluations and bad business conditions.

The guidelines allow employers to unilaterally introduce performance-based pay and wage peak system.
